Buyer FAQ: Ordering PDT Tools in Israel
This buyer FAQ explains the practical points to check before ordering PDT diamond and CBN tools in Israel. Product-specific instructions, availability and the applicable order confirmation remain controlling for each purchase.
Do public prices include VAT?
Public prices are shown in ILS and include VAT unless the product page states otherwise. Standard delivery prices shown at checkout also include VAT. Business buyers can enter company billing details at checkout so tax invoice and receipt handling can follow the order. See the delivery and payment page for the active delivery terms.
How does delivery work?
Courier delivery is available for ready orders in Israel. The checkout calculates the active charge from the delivery address. The standard service currently covers Gush Dan and Sharon at ₪49 in 1-3 business days and other mainland Israel at ₪79 in 3-7 business days; orders from ₪1,000 receive free delivery within the standard service area. Eilat, the Arava, the Golan Heights, Judea and Samaria, oversized freight and special delivery should be quoted before purchase.
What is the difference between In Stock, Expected and made-to-order?
In Stock means the item is ready for direct online purchase, subject to final order confirmation. Expected means a planned or incoming item that may be delayed or change before dispatch; confirm timing if the date matters. Made-to-order, custom-dimension and specialist RFQ items are procured or produced against a confirmed requirement and may have a separate lead time. Orders containing different availability statuses are normally shipped together when the complete order is ready, unless another arrangement is agreed.
When should I send an RFQ?
Send an RFQ for a specialist diamond or CBN wheel, unusual diameter or bore, recurring volume, custom dimension, industrial application or any compatibility question. Include the machine model, required diameter, bore or connection, material, dry or wet method, quantity, delivery region and target date. An RFQ is a request for review, not an accepted order; supply starts after the store confirms the specification, price and terms.
How can I pay?
Online card payments for eligible checkout orders are processed through Tranzila. Prices are displayed in ILS. RFQ and made-to-order purchases may use the payment instructions in the accepted quotation or order confirmation. Do not treat an RFQ submission or an email estimate as a payment request until the store confirms the order.
How do returns and refunds work?
Consumer cancellation and return rights are handled under applicable Israeli law and the store policy. Read the cancellation, returns and refunds policy before sending a product back. Do not ship a return before receiving instructions. Ordinary returns generally require an unused, complete product in original packaging; defects, incorrect supply and delivery failures are handled separately. RFQ, custom, delayed-supply and made-to-order products may have different rules after procurement or production starts, subject to mandatory law and the confirmed order terms.
Can you help with technical selection?
Yes. Use the contact details or send an RFQ with the machine model, material, required cut or hole, diameter, bore, RPM, dry or wet method, photos or drawings where relevant, quantity and delivery date. This lets the team check compatibility before supply; the final selection must still follow the machine and product safety instructions.
