Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy explains how Delta Legen Ltd. handles order cancellation, product returns and refunds for purchases made through the PDT Israel Store.

How to cancel an order

A cancellation request can be sent through the Cancel Order form or by email to store@deltalegen.co.il. Please include the order number, full name, email address used for the order, phone number if available, and a short reason for the request. We will confirm receipt by email.

Standard remote-sale cancellation right

For consumer distance-sale purchases of goods, the customer may generally cancel within 14 days from the day the goods are received or from the day the transaction details document is received, whichever is later, unless an exception under Israeli law applies. Where Israeli law grants an extended cancellation period to a senior citizen, a person with a disability or a new immigrant, the request will be handled according to the statutory conditions.

In-stock products

If the product is in stock and the cancellation request reaches us before dispatch, cancellation is free. After dispatch or delivery, ordinary returns are accepted for unused products that are complete, safe to resell and in original packaging, together with proof of purchase. For ordinary returns that are not caused by a defect, mismatch or delivery failure, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Made-to-order, delayed-supply and RFQ products

Special dimensions, custom-made, delayed-supply, RFQ and made-to-order products may be subject to different cancellation rules after procurement or production has started, subject to mandatory law and to the order confirmation sent to the customer. For eligible delayed or made-to-order orders, the store may offer a 5% waiting discount. This discount does not waive or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellation fees and refunds

Where Israeli law permits, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ₪, whichever is lower, may be deducted. No cancellation fee will be charged where the cancellation is due to a defect, mismatch with the transaction details, failure to deliver on time or another reason for which the law prohibits such deduction. Refund timing, payment method reversal and any required return of the product will be handled according to Israeli law and the active payment provider process.

Return address

Approved returns should be sent or delivered to: Haeshel 92 St. Herzliya, Israel, 46644. Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from the store team.

Product condition and safety

Diamond and CBN tools must be returned unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging unless the return is due to defect or mismatch. Products that were mounted, used, damaged, modified or supplied with missing parts may be refused or handled according to the actual condition and applicable law.

Business customers

For B2B purchases, RFQ supply and special commercial orders, cancellation and return handling may also depend on the accepted quote, order confirmation and applicable mandatory law.
