Delivery and Payment

Delivery

Courier delivery is available for ready orders in Israel. Delivery prices include VAT and are calculated at checkout from the delivery address.

• Gush Dan and Sharon: ₪49, delivery in 1-3 business days.
• Other mainland Israel: ₪79, delivery in 3-7 business days.
• Orders from ₪1,000: free courier delivery within the standard service area.

For Eilat, the Arava, the Golan Heights, Judea and Samaria, oversized freight or special-delivery items, contact us for a delivery quotation before purchase. Pickup is not enabled at this stage.

Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items are normally shipped together once the full order is ready, unless another arrangement is confirmed.

Payment

Public prices are shown in ILS and include VAT unless stated otherwise on the product page. Online card payments are processed through Tranzila.

For specialist diamond or CBN products, RFQ is used instead of direct checkout so dimensions, bond and application can be checked before supply.
