Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by the store.

Why we use the information

Information is used to operate the store, create customer accounts, process orders and payments, issue business documents, arrange delivery, answer RFQ and support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with legal/accounting obligations, improve the site and send marketing updates only where the customer subscribed or the law permits.

Service providers and transfers

Data may be shared only as needed with service providers involved in the store operation, including hosting, WordPress/WooCommerce infrastructure, payment providers such as Tranzila, PayPal, bit-related providers or another enabled payment provider, iCount or accounting services, email/SMS/Telegram notification tools, courier and delivery providers, analytics/security tools, PDT or other suppliers for RFQ handling, and authorities where required by law.

Newsletter and direct mailing

Marketing messages are sent only to subscribed users or where legally permitted. Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe option. A user may ask to be removed from marketing lists at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting the store.
