Description
The modern diamond blade CERAMIC RELIEF, featuring a patterned (textured) cutting rim and an optimal thickness of 1.4 mm, is designed for clean, controlled cutting of ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware, including high-hardness materials.
The patterned structure improves cooling, reduces tool load, and enhances cut quality without chipping.
Ideal for finishing and installation work, cutting wall and floor ceramics, porcelain stoneware, glazed tiles, and mosaics.
Key advantages of the CERAMIC RELIEF blade:
- Patterned diamond layer — improved cooling, reduced friction, stable cutting performance;
- 1.4 mm thickness — the optimal balance between resistance to lateral loads and cutting precision;
- No additional cooling required, making it ideal for use on job sites without water supply;
- Works reliably with all tile types, including glazed, textured, and hard porcelain stoneware;
- Service life: 18–22 m² when cutting 10 mm thick tiles.
