Terms and Conditions
This website and online store are operated by Delta Legen Ltd., Haeshel 92 St. Herzliya, Israel, 46644, company / H.P. number 512237074. These terms apply to browsing the site, creating an account, sending RFQ requests and purchasing PDT products through the store.
Products, stock and RFQ
Product pages describe PDT tools by material, dimensions, bore, rim or segment profile, intended use and availability status. Standard stock items may be purchased through checkout. Specialist diamond and CBN wheels, custom dimensions and technical products may be handled through RFQ and are not accepted as an order until confirmed by the store.
Prices, VAT and payment
Public prices are shown in ILS and include VAT unless a product page states otherwise. If a price, stock status or technical description contains an obvious error, the store may correct it and contact the customer before accepting or fulfilling the order. Online payment may be offered by card, bit, PayPal or another enabled payment provider.
Orders and delivery
Checkout is available as a guest or with a customer account. The customer is responsible for providing correct contact, billing and delivery details. Delivery is provided in the active service area shown during checkout. Orders containing both available and delayed items may be shipped together when all items are ready, unless another arrangement is confirmed.
Cancellation, returns and defects
Consumer cancellation and return rights are handled according to Israeli law, including the Consumer Protection Law and applicable cancellation regulations. The detailed policy is published at Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy. Cancellation requests can be sent by email or through the Cancel Order form with the order number and customer contact details. For in-stock products, cancellation before dispatch is free. In other cases, where the law permits, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction or 100 ₪, whichever is lower, may be deducted. For defective products, incorrect supply or failure to deliver on time, no cancellation fee will be charged where prohibited by law.
Special-order products
RFQ, custom-made, special dimension, delayed-supply or made-to-order products may have different cancellation rules once procurement or production has started, subject to applicable law and the confirmation sent to the customer. A waiting discount may be offered for eligible delayed or made-to-order orders; such a discount does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.
Business customers and documents
Business customers can add company billing details during checkout. Tax invoice and receipt handling is performed according to Israeli accounting requirements and the payment/order status.
Use of products
Diamond and CBN tools must be selected and used according to the machine, material, RPM, dry/wet mode and safety instructions. The customer is responsible for safe use, correct mounting and use of protective equipment. The store is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsuitable machines or use outside the product specification.
Intellectual property and site use
Site content, product data, images, trademarks and design materials belong to their respective owners, including PDT and Delta Legen Ltd.. They may not be copied, resold, scraped or used commercially without permission.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The store may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of use applies, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
